We are looking for a Health & Safety Specialist to support our operations across Western and Eastern Europe. If you hold a qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, enjoy working with international teams, and have a strong focus on organization, compliance, and operational excellence, this opportunity could be for you.

What you will do
Coordinate mandatory Health & Safety training programs.
Support compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legal requirements across multiple countries.
Monitor incidents, corrective actions, and related documentation.
Support audits and inspections.
Prepare reports and track compliance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

What we are looking for
Valid ACT-recognized certification (TSST or TST)
1 to 3 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety, compliance, or similar roles
Fluent English
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different countries

Nice to have
Experience coordinating training programs.
Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety legislation in Portugal and/or across Europe.
Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, and document management.
Familiarity with Asana and AI tools.
Additional European language skills.
